The Department has appointed District Grievance Redressal Officers in all the four districts for expenditious and effective redressal of grievances of aggrieved persons in matters relating of distribution of entitled Food Grains under the NFSA act.

Online  Grievance Redressal Mechanism has been setup for the beneficiaries to register to their Grievance through the Grievance portal.

A toll free number has been setup to Register Grievances at 1967 or 03592- 202489.
